* There are two options for the Gospel during the Palm Sunday “Liturgy of the Passion.” If the Seven Last Words are done on Good Friday, the Passion is read on Palm Sunday. Otherwise, the Passion is read on Good Friday, and the shorter Gospel is read on Palm Sunday.

** There are two options for the Gospel on Maundy Thursday. If the Passion is read on Palm Sunday, John 13:1-15 is read on Maundy Thursday. If the Passion is not read on Palm Sunday, Luke 22:14-30 is read on Maundy Thursday.

*** We do only seven of the nine prescribed Old Testament Readings and we omit the prescribed Psalms. We add the Responsorial Psalm for Easter Sunday with the Vigil Gospel.
