“Who’s that Baby?”
John 14: 9b-10a: “He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how do you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me?” On the eleventh day of Christmas, when most have moved on to other things, this Gospel reminds us of just who that baby was. Unless we realize the connection between the Father in heaven and the Son in the manger, it’s all nothing more than snowflakes and gift packs. But when we look beyond Luke chapter two, we see eighty-seven other Gospel chapters that form the amazing story of God’s righteousness, His dominion, and His love.
