“Joy in the Mourning”

Matthew 5: 4: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Is there a house anywhere in this world right now where there is not someone mourning (Exodus 12: 30)? But in the Kingdom we mourn over that which was lost, i.e., relationship with God. In either case Christ has made all things mew (Revelation 21: 5) through resurrection and restoration; this is the core of our comfort.
