“Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places”

1 John 1: 6-7: “If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; but if we walk in the light, as He himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.” Many people congregate in places of darkness, with the aim of having fellowship with each other. Sorry, that’s not gonna happen. It may produce a surface togetherness, but true fellowship, the kind we are created to have, goes much deeper, and can only happen among those who walk in the true light – the Light of Christ.
