Psalm 89: 6b, 7: “Who among the sons of the mighty is like the Lord, a God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, and awesome above all those who are around Him?” Who comprises this council? What kind of council does God need anyway? Well, God never tells us; we don’t really know. Revelation shows us twenty-four elders and four “living creatures” around His throne, but they give God praise, not council. Genesis talks about the sons of God who had relations with the daughters of men; again, we have no clue about them. What we can know is that if we needed to know God would have told us. He didn’t, so we don’t.
