“Starting Point”

Luke 6: 20: “And turning His gaze on His disciples, He began to say ….” Where does change (revival) really begin? We love to point to leadership, both in government and church, and that’s good – for them. Jesus addresses this, His ‘Sermon on the Level Place’ (v. 17), to His disciples, not just His apostles (v. 13), showing that each of us must begin the return to God within ourselves. From there, change of personal attitudes lead to change of personal lives, and societal change will be the result.
