Galatians 2: 11: “But when Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned.” The relationship between Peter and Paul was marked by one thing: There was often disagreement, but never disrespect. They were simply opposite people – uneducated vs, scholar; provincial vs. city-born; strong, healthy he-man vs. sometimes sickly short guy. Even their ministries were at different ends of the spectrum - one for the Jews, the other to the Gentiles. But whenever there was conflict it was face-to-face, not behind the back. Everything was with respect. We gotta get back to that!
