The same way Mary did: through faith. Mary believed against all odds (no man) and took immediate action; she visited Elizabeth. Abraham and Sarah believed against all odds (dead reproductive organs) and took immediate action; they visited each other. Belief always leads to action. In other words, if you pray for rain, you should carry an umbrella.
