“Irreplaceable”

Romans 9: 23, 24: “He did so that He might make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles.” The Christian Church was not birthed in order to replace the Jews in God’s plan, as some believe. Rather, the Gentiles were, through Christ, made eligible for mutual inclusion in that plan. Inclusion, not replacement. We must beware of our exclusivity and exclusion versus those we don’t agree with, don’t understand, or just plain don’t like; for with God, it’s not ‘us and them,’ but ‘we.’
