Romans 14: 19, 20a: “So then let us pursue the things that make for peace and the building up of one another. Do not tear down the work of God.” Has war and violence ever been so popular? Not just prevalent, but popular! Check the ratings of video games and entertainment programing across all platforms, and you’ll find the violent and gory to lead the ratings. This is not God’s plan. We are expected to build each other up, not ear each other down. Remember, that person you’re messing with is the work of God!
