“Virtue in Bloodshed?”

Psalm 26: 9: “Do not take my soul away along with sinners, nor my life with men of bloodshed.” There was a time when you could tell the good guys from the bad guys by the body count – the fewer the bodies, the greater the hero. Some heroes never shot anyone; they just used their marksmanship skills to shoot the weapons out of the baddie’s hands. No more. Just watch any action movie or read any popular action book. Question: could there be a correlation between the spike in bloodlust, both fictional and actual, and the unprecedented bloodshed among the innocent unborn? More than likely.
