“Fulfilled Promise”

Ezra 1: 3: “Whoever therefore there is among you of all His people, let His God be with Him! Let him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah, and rebuild the house of the Lord, the God is Israel; He is the God Who is in Jerusalem.” Recently the MDR has chronicled the rise and fall of Israel, Judah, and Jerusalem. Today begins the story of the restoration. Regardless of the devastation, the carnage, and the exile, one thing stood firm: God had made a promise to Abraham, and to David, even to Eve – and God takes His promises seriously.
