“Anger: Possessed by the Uninitiated”

1 Corinthians 6: 19, 20: “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price.” As the logic goes, which many folks angrily espouse and defend, a woman has the right to do what she wants with her own body, up to and including the termination of the life of a fetus within it, because it is, indeed, her own body. Except it isn’t. None of us, male or female, are our own, we have been bought with a great price—the precious blood of Jesus. So the anger is borne of ignorance; as is all anger, at its root.
