“Ain’t Nothin’ Like the Real Thing”

Matthew 5: 28: “I say to you that everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.” Most of us have more spare time on our hands than usual at the moment, and minds can begin to wander. A word of advice: Take captive those thoughts! Contrary to popular opinion and propaganda, adultery is neither romantic, nor painless, nor satisfying, whether committed in your head or in your bed. In God’s mind, virtual adultery is just as much trouble as the hard copy.
