“Of Vaccines and Glory”

John 5: 44: “How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another, and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?” It’s amazing how many posts and news reports are out there that claim some group or someone is “so close” to finding a cure to the virus. Yet they seem to be more concerned with receiving glory (and cash) from their efforts than alleviating suffering. When God’s purposes are fulfilled and this current pandemic is ended, it will be He Who gets the glory, and all will say, “Stand still and see the salvation of God!”
