Friday, October 11: “The Witness of the Walk”

Micah 4: 5: “Though all the peoples walk each in the name of his god, as for us, we will walk in the Name of the Lord our God forever and ever.”

It can’t be stressed enough: The way one walks is a far deeper witness than the words one utters. Walking in the Lord’s Name means to walk in His nature and His character.  When those who walk in the name of other gods find no fulfillment in life, the witness of a Christ-like life will always be righteousness, peace, and joy–truly a witness to be seen and received.
