“If I only touch His garment, I will get well.” (Matthew 9:21)

The faith of the woman, who for twelve long years had been afflicted with internal bleeding, made her well, that is, saved her. She believed that all she needed was to touch even just the edge of Jesus’ robe and she would be healed. Such faith confronts children of God who have way more than she did and yet take it for granted.

The recently celebrated Feast of the Ascension reminds us that we have been seated with Christ at the right hand of His Father and so enjoy every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. How can we even complain or ask for more? Instead of being unappreciative, let us be forever grateful.
