Sunday, February 9: “Definitely Restorable: The Human Race”

Isaiah 57: 16, 18: “I will not contend forever, nor will I always be angry; for the spirit would grow faint before Me, and the breath of those whom I have made … I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will lead him and restore comfort to him and to his mourners.”

As Psalm 103: 14 tells us, “He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.” True, God made us from dust, but then He breathed on that dust and raised it exponentially. Even though man chose to fall back to dust-like levels, the Father has never given up on His children; He repeatedly promises to restore both Adam’s seed and all creation. And the instrument of this ultimate healing, restoration, and elevation? The Lord Jesus Christ.
