Thursday, October 10: “The Witness of Unity”

Psalm 133: 1: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!”

In Gethsemane, Jesus prayed to the Father for all who believed in Him to be one, so the world would see the powerful witness of unity, and know that Christ came from God (John 17: 21-23). The blessing of unity is not for the brethren themselves; in the long run, it is for the whole world.
