“Common Sense”

Psalm 119: 73: “Your hands made me and fashioned me; give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.” The psalmist here shows a good deal of common sense – if he exists, there must be a Creator, and if the Creator is smart enough to make him, He’s smart to know how he ought to go about life. A lot of so-called smart people never come to that obvious understanding, thus once again proving St. Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 1: 19-21.
