Luke 8: 46:“Jesus said, ’Someone did touch Me, for I was aware that power had gone out of Me.’” The power of God, even in the Son of Man, is not some ethereal force that cannot be felt or recognized. It is a real, tangible thing that ebbs and flows, comes and goes (Luke 5: 17); and the one through whom it works, whether to heal, to speak, or just to stand, is well aware of its presence. So don’t worry about it flowing out of Christ, or yourself, to the point of depletion. As Jay Leno used to say about Doritos, “Eat all you can, we’ll make more!”
