Mark 4: 29:“But when the crop permits, he immediately puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.” Why doesn’t Jesus Himself know when He will return and rule over His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven? (Matthew 24: 36) Because the crop can’t be harvested until it is ready, and it is the wheat (not the weeds, Matthew 13: 29, 30) that permits. The Second Coming is not a date etched in stone; it is the Father’s response to a fully mature Church bearing fruit in righteousness. Now, do you think that is ready to happen immediately?
