“Blood on Our Hands ... and Feet … and Everything Else!”

Acts 5: 28: “You have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.” Mr. High Priest, you say that like it’s a bad thing! Actually, this is exactly what everyone should hope and pray for: to ‘have this Man’s blood upon them.’ Not in a condemning way, as the Council was assuming here, but as a cleansing for sin and newness of life. May the whole world discover the blood of Jesus upon us!
