“The Easy Way Out”

Matthew 7: 24, 26: “A wise man built his house upon the rock … a foolish man built his house upon the sand.” If you want real headache-inducing racket nothing beats living next to a high-rise construction site, where the pile drivers are at work all day pounding the pilings through solid bedrock. It’s so much faster and easier to build on the sand. You’ll be congratulating yourself - right up to the day of the first storm. Then, once again, you will be wishing you hadn’t chosen the easy way out. After reading Matthew chapter seven this week, I hope we get the message!
