“Not Enough”

Luke 13: 1: “Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets’; and He will say, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you are from; depart from Me; all you evildoers.’” Being in the Mass, even taking Communion and staying awake during the Homily, isn’t enough to get Jesus to open the door for you. He has to know you, because it isn’t your first trip into His presence; He’s familiar with you, knows the last time He saw you and heard from you, and knows one more thing – immeasurable love for you. So go over and talk to Him!
