“Source of the Spirit”

Zechariah 12: 1b: “Thus declares the Lord Who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him.” When you’ve completed your dance away from God and deny Him His role in creation, you open the door to all sorts of foolish speculation about, among other things, what (if anything) separates us from other beings. We’ve got to get back to this truth: Man has a spirit within him, it comes from God, and one day will go back to God. How simpler that makes everything!
