“Memory Aide”

Deuteronomy 6: 12, 13: “Watch yourself, lest you forget the Lord Who brought you from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall fear only the Lord your God; and you shall worship Him.” As we worship the Lord and recall His great deeds, from the creation of the universe to the redemption of mankind to the healing of our diseases to the provision of our amortization or tuition, an amazing thing happens: those things are called to mind, and we remember why we worship Him, and we are inspired to worship Him more. Otherwise, we forget why we worship, then we forget to worship Him altogether. So worship, and remember, and worship!
