Deuteronomy 32: 3b, 4: “Ascribe greatness to our God! The Rock! His work is perfect, for all His ways are just; a God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is He.” This is more than just the intro to Moses’ greatest hit (31: 30). It is about as good a description of God as you can get in less than thirty words, if you throw in merciful.
