“Sent Away?”

Matthew 14: 22: “And immediately He made the disciples get into the boat, and go ahead of Him to the other side; while He sent the multitudes away.” Does this contradict what was said yesterday? Which nature of Christ sent the multitude away? Both—because He had already met their need. Jesus never sends away the needy and hurting, but once the needs are met, it’s time to “Go forth into the world, glorifying God by your life.”
